Mancare de fasole galbena/verde cu pui/Yellow bean dish with chicken



Ingrediente:
- 1 kg fasole galbena (proaspata, conservata sau congelata)
- 6 pulpe de pui
- 2 ceape mari
- 4-5 catei de usturoi
- 1 linguri de faina
- 3 rosii
- 2 linguri de bulion
- sare, piper
- patrunjel, marar

Preparare:

Punem la fiert, in vase separate, fasolea si pulpele de pui. Cand sunt gata pulpele, le scoatem din vasul in care au fiert ( pastram supa), le lasam sa se racoreasca si le dezosam.
Intr-o cratita mare, calim ceapa tocata marunt pana devine translucida, dupa care adaugam usturoiul tocat marunt si mai lasam sa se rumeneasca un minut, dupa care adaugam si rosiile tocate cuburi. Dupa cinci minute, adaugam carnea dezosata si 1 si 1/2 l din supa in care au fiert copanele. Lasam pana incepe sa fiarba si adaugam fasolea.
Dupa douazeci de minute adaugam si pasta de tomate si mai lasam sa fiarba inca cinci minute.
La sfarsit adaugam faina, pe care am diluato intr-o cescuta cu apa. Mai lasam sa fiarba 5-6 minute.
Inainte de a o lua de pe foc, adaugam patrunjelul si mararul tocate marunt.

- 1 kg yellow beans (fresh, canned or frozen)
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 large onions
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of broth
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley, dill


Preparation:
We cooked in separate pots, beans and chicken legs. When the legs are ready, remove from the vessel in which they boil (keep soup), let them cool and they boned.
In a large saucepan, fry chopped onion until it becomes translucent, then add the chopped garlic and more let it brown a minute then add the chopped tomatoes cubes. After five minutes, add boneless and 1 1/2 liters of boiled soup with drumsticks. We leave until it starts to boil and add beans.
After twenty minutes, add the tomato paste and more let it simmer for another five minutes.
Finally, add the flour, which I diluato in a cup of water. May let simmer 5-6 minutes.
Before you take it off the heat, add chopped parsley and dill.
