Supa de rosii/Tomato soup


Supa de rosii

Ingrediente:
- 1,5 - 2 kg rosii întregi 
- 2 linguri de ulei de masline
- 2 cepe mari, tocate
- 4 catei de usturoi, tocat
- 3 1/2 cani supa de pui sau supa de legume, daca tineti post
- 1 lingura rasa cu zahar
- patrunjel
- 1/2 lingurita sare
- 1/2 lingurita piper
- 3 foi de dafin


Preparare:
Coacem pe gratar, tabla sau o tigaie groasa, rosiile, le decojim si le curatam de cotor ( si de seminte, optional ).
Se incinge uleiul intr-o cratita mare. Se adauga ceapa si usturoiul si se prajesc la foc mediu-mare, amestecand des, pana se moaie, cam 5 până la 7 minute.
Se adauga rosiile, sarea, piperul, zaharul si foile de dafin. Fierbeti la foc mic, amestecand ocazional, până când se ingroasa ușor, aproximativ 15 la 20 de minute.
Scoatem frunzele de dafin si pasam cu mixerul vertical sau in blender.
Punem in castroane , ornam cu patrunjel taiat marunt si servim cu paine prajita.

Tomato soup


Ingredients:
- 1,5 - 2 kg tomatoes whole
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 1/2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth, if you keep post
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 bay leaves


Preparation:
Bake on the grill, griddle plate or a thick, tomatoes, peel them and clean them spine (and seeds, optional).
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and bay leaves. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaves and pass it vertical mixer or blender.
Put in bowls, ornam with chopped parsley and serve with toast.
